It all begins with a chance. You’re rebuilding after setbacks, you’re striving for stability, or you’re starting fresh in Canada. Together we are changing lives, stigma, and community one job at a time.

At Rise Again Workforce, our mission is to empower individuals who face barriers to employment—including subsidized job seekers, new immigrants, and those with criminal records—by connecting them with meaningful job opportunities and supportive employers in Brampton and across Ontario. We believe everyone deserves a second chance to build a stable, dignified life.

We envision a community where people with past setbacks, subsidized individuals seeking stability, and newcomers building new lives all have equal access to meaningful work. By bridging the gap between marginalized job seekers and inclusive opportunities, we aim to build a Brampton where diversity, resilience, and opportunity fuel both economic growth and social equity.
